Because nothing is as important as your child's future, you can rest assured knowing that their education is in good hands in any number of institutions in the Inland Empire. Outstanding educational opportunities abound throughout the region for children in kindergarten through high school.

The two local public school systems—Redlands Unified and San Bernardino City Unified—offer ongoing instructional excellence and steadfast attention to the educational development of the region's children and young adults:

The Redlands Unified School District encompasses 147 square miles and serves the communities of Redlands, Loma Linda, Mentone, Forest Falls, and portions of San Bernardino and Highland. Nearly 22,000 students are enrolled in the district's 20 schools serving grades K-12. Throughout the school district, class sizes feature a 20-to-1 student-teacher ratio in grades K-3.

The San Bernardino City Unified School District serves the city of San Bernardino, areas of the city of Highland, and the unincorporated communities of Muscoy and Devore. With an enrollment of more than 54,000 students, the San Bernardino City Unified School District is the eighth-largest school district in California with 65 operating schools.
